• Fraudulent point accumulation will result in account termination

• Users may upload photos from camera or device storage
• Marker history is maintained and viewable by users
• Images may be modified within the app's functionality
• Multiple images per marker may be supported
• Street addresses are provided for informational purposes only

4. Social Features

• Users may connect with friends through the app
• Activity sharing is opt-in and configurable
• Users can manage favorite locations
• Social features may be modified or removed at any time

5. Advertising

• The app may display advertisements
• Business users may advertise through proper channels
• Ad content must comply with our guidelines

6. Location Data

• Location services are essential for core functionality
• Users can access navigation features via third-party services
• Location accuracy may vary based on device and conditions

7. Third-Party Services

• We use Google Authentication for secure login
• Mapbox provides mapping services
• External navigation may open in Google Maps

8. Changes and Updates

We reserve the right to modify features, requirements, and these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
